  Some years ago I took my sons car here for an MOT. It failed on a corroded brake pipe; fair enough. However, when I asked for more detail, the woman in reception ripped into me, straight away on the defensive. Telling me over and over again that it had failed and that was that. She was down right rude. I replaced the brake pipe in question myself and had it retested elsewhere. Unless there have been major changes I wouldn't go near them.
